Yoga Lessons

Whether it is a one-time yoga session or a weekly lesson, it is designed to impact your employees’ physical and mental health at work. A typical lesson includes various physical exercises, a breathing technique and a meditation.

  • 1.5-hour ‘‘Introduction to Yoga’’ Lesson

  • 5 x 1-hour yoga lessons, exploring a different theme in every lesson

  • 10 x 1-hour yoga lessons, a systematic approach to physical and mental wellbeing

It is possible to build a custom program that matches specific business needs.

Team-building

Get your team to move, connect and have fun together! A typical event combines team coaching and team-building exercises with yoga and mindfulness practices. It may be designed as a lively, fun-filled get-together. Or as a reflective and insightful team session. Or a little bit of both! The format of the event follows the team’s objectives.

Mindfulness Workshop

A 1.5-hour session that inspires your employees to become mindful at work and in their daily life. The workshop includes the theory behind mindfulness, practice of mindfulness exercises and tips for becoming more mindful.

Employee Wellbeing

Whether a part of your in-house initiative or a turnkey project, the program is designed to meet the company’s objectives and KPIs related to the Employee Wellbeing. The program integrates the latest HR and Corporate Wellness trends with yoga and mindfulness practices with the aim of providing a state-of-the-art employee experience.
